Ordering Process
To purchase a task on the ProximaData website, plans are presented. Each plan has a defined traffic limit in Gigabytes, the period of task validity after purchase, and the number of ports (number of parallel connections on different ports). Within a single port, one IP address will be selected for executing requests.
The task can be purchased on the website. Payment is made through the PayPro Global aggregator. To make a payment, you will be redirected to the PayPro Global website.
Steps for purchase:
- Log into the site (your account must be confirmed by email).
- On the pricing page, select the plan you need and click "Buy".
- Proceed to the payment page on the aggregator's site. After successful payment, the task will be activated. The task will be available in your personal account after successful payment.
- If payment has not been received, the task can be paid for in the personal account. If the payment is unsuccessful within 12 hours, the unpaid task will be canceled and deleted. To continue working you will need to buy a new task and pay for it.
Task Renewal
Clients have the opportunity to renew a task to increase the validity period or the amount of available traffic for the task. You can renew your subscription in your personal account.
With timely payment of the task (before the end date of the task validity), the remainder of unused traffic is carried over (the remainder is added to the traffic amount in the plan). If the task was not paid on time, any remaining traffic will be reset.
Task renewal occurs under the terms of the plan that is active at the time of payment. If the plan is disabled, the task renewal will not be possible — a new task must be purchased according to the current plan.
Terms of use of the paid task
ProximaData has a “black list” of sites to which requests via a proxy server are prohibited.
After paying for the task, you will only have access to the “white list” of sites to which requests are allowed. If you want to add a site to the “white list”, contact us via the feedback form.
By default, only ports 80 and 443 are available for making requests. If you want to make requests through another port, contact us via the feedback form.
In order to make requests to any other sites, you must go through the verification procedure. To pass verification, contact us via the feedback form.
